Soil Health Conference & Extension Events
Along with a number of field days, workshops and webinars, SaskSoil proudly hosts the annual Soil Health Conference. We bring together expert speakers, engaging workshops and valuable learning opportunities over two days with the goal to enhance the land and support those who farm it.
UPCOMING EVENTS & WEBINARS

Mon, Jun 22Zoom MeetingHealthy soils are often part of something bigger. Farmers committed to soil health are often thinking beyond this year’s crop. They’re building resilient farming systems that support their families, reduce burnout, and create opportunities for the next generation to stay involved.
Tue, Jul 07Farm One FortyJoin SaskSoil and Brett and Arlie LaRoche at Farm One Forty near Vanscoy, SK for a field day centred on the kind of livestock-crop integration that builds soil health from the ground up.
Tue, Jul 07Zoom MeetingLivestock and grain don't always share the same conversation — but maybe they should. Lyndsey Smith of Shady Creek Lamb Co. makes the case for why targeted grazing belongs in your soil health toolkit, even if you've never owned an animal in your life.
Wed, Jul 08AlamedaOrganic soil health, mechanical weed management, and a no-till garden — all on one Saskatchewan farm. Join us July 8 in Alameda, SK with hosts Mark and Glenys Neuman, who manage 2,400 certified organic acres and 120 cow/calf pairs.
