IMPLEMENT ADVANCED GRAZING SYSTEMS

Learn how to enhance your grazing practices to promote herd and soil health

Through this course, extension professionals and farm operators will learn the basics of grazing management systems and supporting management practices that can support carbon sequestration. By implementing Advanced Grazing Systems on your farm, you can help improve production, profitability, carbon sequestration, drought resilience, biodiversity and soil health.

By completing this course, you will leave with:

●     Extended grazing techniques to manage for a longer grazing season and a shorter feeding period.

●     A paddock layout and design to help improve overall grazing management.

●     A network of contacts. During the course, you will meet Mentors and other farmers in your region. You will develop a network of people you can reach out to with questions or follow on social media to find out about upcoming workshops and farm tours.
